Enrollment Terms & Conditions

By applying for a course at Habib Fitness Institute, you agree to the following terms and institutional regulations:

• Course fees are payable in full before course commencement or through approved installment payment plans.
• All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change.
• No refunds are available, except strictly when they apply to the terms in the Refund & Rescheduling Policy rules.
• Requests to reschedule an intake must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of payment in accordance with our /refund-policy/.
• Students must attend at least 90% of sessions and complete all practical assessments to receive industry-recognized certification.
• Course materials, learning portal credentials, and certifications are non-transferable.

Payment Terms

• Secure payments are processed via Safaricom M-Pesa, bank wire, or credit/debit card.
• Payment plans are available for approved professional certification courses.
• All tuition transactions are recorded in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
